Tiger Shaw, President and CEO
Tiger Shaw, a two-time Olympian whose business career includes past positions at K2 and Volkl Skis, DealerWire, DealerTrack, and Global Rescue, joined U.S. Ski & Snowboard initially as COO in 2013, becoming CEO in March 2014. Born and raised in Stowe, Vt., he grew up on the slopes of Mt. Mansfield. After moving through the ranks of the development system, he made the U.S. Ski Team a few years before the 1984 Olympic Winter Games in Sarajevo. He participated in his second Olympics in Calgary in 1988. During his athletic career, he won nine U.S. Championship titles, regularly finished in the top 10 at World Cups and held top-15 world rankings in two disciplines. Since his racing retirement in 1991, Shaw has been involved with the grassroots level of skiing, serving as head junior coach and on the board of Ford Sayre Ski Club in Hanover, N.H. A 1985 graduate of Dartmouth College in economics and engineering, he was an NCAA slalom champion while racing for Dartmouth. After completing his education, Shaw entered the ski industry, working as promotions and product manager for K2 Skis and vice president of operations at Volkl Sport America before pursuing opportunities in the evolving automotive industry. After five years managing Miller Automotive Group in northern New England, he co-founded DealerWire, a software and service provider for car dealership management later acquired by Dealertrack, Inc. In 2011, he joined Global Rescue as Senior Director of Response Services, a worldwide provider of integrated medical, security, intelligence, and crisis response services to corporations, governments and individuals. Since joining U.S. Ski & Snowboard, he has served the USOC as Vice Chair of the National Governing Bodies Council (NGBC) and as a member of the NGBC Leadership Liaison Group, working with the US Center for Safe Sport. He and his wife Kristin reside in Park City, Utah and they have three children, all former ski racers.

Dan Barnett – Chief Commercial Officer
Dan Barnett is an innovative and strategic-focused sports business leader with a wide range of global marketing and commercial experience. He drives U.S. Ski & Snowboard’s commercial and marketing efforts and provides a strategic vision for the continued growth of its brand. Barnett previously served as Chief Commercial Officer of the America’s Cup Event Authority and ORACLE TEAM USA, where he was responsible for raising the profile and commercial value of the America’s Cup. He also served in a leadership role for the 2013 America's Cup events in San Francisco. Prior to that, he served as a commercial and marketing lawyer for the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) in Switzerland. His career has covered a wide swath of responsibilities including event management, commercial negotiations, and media development. Dan, his wife, and their two kids live in Park City, Utah.

Luke Bodensteiner, Chief of Sport
Luke Bodensteiner is the Chief of Sport of U.S. Ski & Snowboard, leading the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Teams, the national training and education Center of Excellence in Park City, Utah, its sport science and medical programs, coach education and club development, athlete identification and development, athlete career and education programming, and club-level competition and ranking systems. Prior to joining U.S. Ski & Snowboard, Luke was a cross country racer for the U.S. Ski Team, competing in the Olympics in 1992 and 1994. Luke was a two-time NCAA champion at the University of Utah and is a Crimson Club Hall of Fame member. Luke has remained involved with Olympic-related board governance as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the 2002 Olympic Games, Chairman of the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation, a founder and President of the Soldier Hollow Legacy Foundation, and Chairman of the USOC’s strategic working group for athlete career and education, which designed and launched the USOC’s current efforts to assist Olympic athletes with education and professional career development. He resides in Midway, Utah, with his wife Vibeke, and daughters Thea and Julia.

Nikki Kendrick, Director of Human Resources
Nikki Kendrick, SPHR, brings more than 15 years of experience as a Human Resources professional in the corporate sector, focused in particular on the ski industry, to U.S. Ski & Snowboard. Originally from Michigan and now living in Park City, Utah, Nikki graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation Business Management. She is an avid skier and cyclist and recently earned her certification as a certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner for personal growth. Prior to joining U.S. Ski & Snowboard she was with Vail Resorts, the world’s leading mountain resort company, where her role as the Sr. HR Manager saw her engaged in in labor relations, a major resort & leadership restructure project and direct input into operational growth. Her skillset includes talent acquisition, total rewards management, employee relations, business law and business restructuring, all of which are now providing exceptional value to U.S. Ski & Snowboard. Nikki’s vision with U.S. Ski & Snowboard is to develop initiatives to drive business results, and facilitate a solid strategic alliance between organizational goals and the HR strategy. Her top priority is to provide athletic coaches with the best resources, and to create leadership opportunities to enable them to help America athletes fulfil their true potential.

Brooke McAffee, Chief Financial Officer
Brooke McAffee came to U.S. Ski & Snowboard after spending nearly a decade with the Sundance Institute, most recently as its CFO. She worked for the non-profit Sundance Institute since 2005 where she served as the director of finance before moving into the chief financial officer role. During her time at Sundance, Brooke led the organization’s finance department while managing a budget that increased from $15-million to $35-million. She also had a leadership role in strategic planning, legal, and merchandise operations for Sundance. Prior to 2005, she worked for Arthur Anderson, LLC and Neilson Elggren, LLC where her specialties were public, forensic, and investigatory accounting. A native of southern California, McAffee is a lifelong skier and athlete. She played division one soccer at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and has completed two Leadville 100 mountain bike races. In addition to her own athletic endeavors, she has provided support to her sister, Amber Neben, a two-time Olympian and world champion road cyclist. She and her husband Clint have been Park City residents for 17 years.

Alison Pitt, General Counsel
A Utah native, Alison Pitt is a corporate attorney with substantial in-house legal experience focusing on corporate governance, intellectual property, contract drafting and negotiation, litigation management, as well as federal regulation. Prior to joining U.S. Ski & Snowboard, Alison was Vice President, Compliance and Deputy General Counsel at Nutraceutical Corporation where she spent more than seventeen years advising the executive and operations teams on federal and state regulatory compliance, and all facets of international and domestic corporate affairs, including mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, her corporate governance experience includes complex entity structure/registrations and drafting securities law compliance reports for NYSE and NASDAQ listed companies. Alison is the immediate past president and a board member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Mountain West Chapter. Alison holds a Juris doctorate, master of business administration and a bachelor of science in accounting—all from the University of Utah. Alison is an avid long-distance runner, fly fisherman, and lifelong telemark skier, and volunteered thirteen years as an alpine ski patroller for Park City Mountain Resort. She lives in Park City with her spouse and son.

Mark Schneider, Chief Technology Officer
Mark Schneider brings a huge wealth of technology experience to U.S. Ski & Snowboard. His most recent post was Chief Technology Officer with Zipscene, the Cincinnati, Ohio based company specializing in understanding and predicting consumer-dining behavior through deep learning and artificial intelligence on the Amazon (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Additionally, he served as Chief Information Officer with Red Bull USA for six years and was an integral part of the incredible growth the company enjoyed in the U.S. market from 2007 through 2013. Mark sees numerous opportunities to integrate technology even more deeply with the athletes and fans of U.S. Ski & Snowboard, both in the live and broadcast arenas. He also sees technology as a way for athletes to increase their performance levels even further.

Tom Webb, Director of Marketing & Communications
Originally from the UK, Tom has worked in the marketing, PR and communications industry for nearly 25 years. He relocated from the UK to Austin, Texas to join Circuit of The Americas (COTA) in 2014 as Sr. Director Motorsport Marketing and Communications. In that role, he oversaw all COTA Communications (media relations, content creation/distribution, and Social Media) and worldwide marketing of COTA motorsport events. He left COTA in August 2015 and took up a role running Communications for the America's Cup, the competition for the oldest trophy in international sport, based in Bermuda. At the end of that event, Tom and his wife Allie moved to Park City, Utah to take up his role with U.S. Ski & Snowboard. From 2009 until late 2014 Tom was Head of Communications for Caterham Group, the parent company of Caterham F1 Team, a team competing in the Formula 1 World Championship. In that role, he was responsible for all of the Group's communications activities with particular focus on the F1 team and attended every F1 Grand Prix worldwide from January 2010 until August 2014 to manage all communication activity, on and off track. His previous experience includes providing strategic, creative and activation communications services in the sport, entertainment, retail, media and leisure industries worldwide, for agencies and brands including Red Bull, Emirates Airline, Beck’s Lager and Ford.

Trisha Worthington, Chief Development Officer, U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team Foundation
Trisha Worthington rejoined U.S. Ski & Snowboard in 2014 to oversee fundraising to support athletic programs through the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team Foundation. She previously headed fundraising for the Foundation from 1995-2007, increasing its annual fund to $5 million and spearheading its $60 million Legacy Fund endowment, a portion of which funded U.S. Ski & Snowboard's Center of Excellence. Worthington served as executive director of the Park City Community Foundation since its inception in 2007. Her leadership of the Park City Community Foundation resulted in an investment of over $5 million into the community through grant programs and initiatives, including raising nearly $1 million in a single day of giving. She grew the foundation from its start to assets of more than $7 million. Worthington and her husband Trace, an Olympian and highly-decorated freestyle skier, live in Park City where they are raising two daughters.
