Ashton Salwan is an aerials athlete on the Stifel U.S. Freestyle Ski Team, competing internationally on the FIS World Cup circuit. After earning his first World Cup finals appearance and a career-best 11th-place finish in Almaty during the 2024–25 season, Salwan carried that momentum into 2025-26, where he competed full-time on the circuit for the first time. This season included new personal bests, multiple finals appearances, and a third-place finish in the mixed team aerials World Cup event in China.
During the 2025–26 season, Salwan finished 16th overall in the overall aerials standings, with individual highlights including two 10th-place World Cup finishes at Secret Garden and Lac-Beauport. He also finished second overall on the NorAm Cup circuit, earning a win and multiple top-five results.
Known for his steady progression, technical discipline, and ability to build under pressure, Salwan continues to establish himself among the next generation of U.S. freestyle aerials athletes as he enters the next phase of his World Cup career.
