Our Future Starts Now, an Endowment Campaign

In 2025, U.S. Ski & Snowboard launched a new campaign to establish and sustain a deep pool of elite, young talent across our sport disciplines.  While other nations are far surpassing the United States in funding Development efforts and therefore achieving higher-level results at the junior and national levels, the U.S. has had to prioritize elite team funding. This new campaign is focused on raising the funds needed to allocate resources specifically restricted for the Development pathway. Our goal is to strengthen the national athlete pipeline through a sport-specific, performance-oriented progression that maximizes junior athletes’ long-term potential of reaching the World Cup level. By investing in four key areas: 

• Financial Support: lowering financial barriers for talented athletes
• Coaching: hiring world-class coaches
• Programming: increase access to training camps, time on key features like ramps & airbags and the establishment of a strength and conditioning culture
• Venues: ensure training, competition venues and features (e.g., airbags, water ramps, rails) are on par with international standards. With 50% of our fundraising goal raised secured and growing, we are confident we will develop more champions of tomorrow
