May 1, 2026 |  Virtual Presentations and time for Q&A with U.S. Ski & Snowboard Membership, Competition Services, SafeSport, Sport Education, and Club Development. The Zoom links will be posted on the schedule and email reminder sent. These will be recorded for viewing.

All meetings, May 11th through May 15th, will be hybrid - with options to attend in-person or virtually via Zoom.

AWARDS DINNER TICKETS 

The Annual Awards Dinner will be hosted on Tuesday, May 12th, at the Westgate Hotel & Spa in Park City, UT. 

• 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. - Cocktail Hour – Beer and Wine
• 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - Awards Ceremony
• Will be offering plated dinner with pork loin, roasted chicken, or stuffed portabella, along with salad and dessert. You will select which entrée when you arrive at the event.

WE ARE NOW SOLD OUT OF SEATS FOR THE 2026 AWARDS DINNER. 

We will have a list at the door, but no printed tickets.

SAVE THE DATE! - 2026 CLUB EXCELLENCE CONFERENCE: BUILDING YOUR TEAM - Friday, May 15

Join us for a rich series of discussions with leaders from our sport communities about cultivating excellence in our club coaches, volunteers, and staff. This hybrid conference will take place at the Park City Hospital Blair Education Center and on Zoom. Earn 10 continuing education credits and meet your Coach Certification renewal requirement for the 2025/26 season. Special additional opportunities will be available for in-person participants.
