BIO

20-year-old Asher Michel from Tabernash, Colorado, is an up-and-comer in the freestyle skiing world. During the 2024-25 season, Michel earned new personal bests in both moguls (8th) and dual moguls (10th). While splitting his time between the World Cup and NorAm circuits, he also earned two NorAm podiums, including a win in Stratton, and finished the year fourth overall in the NorAm standings. In the 2025-26 season, Michel earned multiple top 10 World Cup finishes and wrapped the year with multiple podiums at the 2026 Toyota U.S. Championships. 

When he isn't skiing, Asher plays lacrosse for his school, and volunteers at Headwaters Trails Alliance to build trails around his hometown.
