Lily Dhawornvej is a rising star in American snowboarding, known for her dynamic style and fearless approach to slopestyle and big air competitions. Born on August 14, 2009, in Littleton, Colorado, she now resides in Copper Mountain and trained with Team Summit and Ski & Snowboard Club vail before joining the Hydro Flask U.S. Snowboard Team.
At just 16 years old, Lily has already made significant strides in her career. Her impressive performances at the Copper Mountain X Games qualifier in December 2024—placing second in Next X and third in Street Style Pro—earned her a coveted spot at X Games Aspen 2025, where she secured a bronze medal in the women's snowboard Knuckle Huck.
She earned her first World Cup podium at the 2026 Laax Open, taking second overall in women's slopestyle & marking her eighth World Cup top-10 finish.
Lily's snowboarding journey is deeply rooted in family influence. Her father is a first-generation Thai-American and Lily proudly represents the Asian-American snowboarding community through her involvement with Soy Sauce Nation, which aims to promote diversity and inclusion in the sport.
