2026 Toyota U.S. Grand Prix at Aspen Snowmass

Welcome to the 2026 Toyota U.S. Grand Prix – a FIS Freeski & Snowboard World Cup halfpipe and slopestyle event at Aspen Snowmass, Colorado!

Media Logistics
  • To register for media credentials, please click here.
  • Credential pickup is on the first floor/lower level of Buttermilk Mountain Lodge.
  • Media tents: Buttermilk Finish Area (near base of halfpipe) or Snowmass Finish Area (Lower Banzai Trail, across slope from Hot Dogger)
  • Shuttles run between Buttermilk Mountain and Snowmass daily starting Jan. 5 from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. on a loop—MUST HAVE CREDS ON YOU (Pickup/dropoff: Main Buttermilk parking lot / Snowmass Mall Transit Center)
General Key Facts:
  • The massive 22-foot-tall halfpipe, the Olympic qualifying standard, is nearly 550 feet in length and 70 feet wide and has an 18-degree pitch.
  • Athletes typically perform about five skills throughout the length of the halfpipe.
  • The halfpipe will be at Buttermilk, with easy hike-to access to stand at the bottom of the pipe or on the skiers' right/lookers' left wall during the competition.
  • The slopestyle course will be on Cabin Run at Snowmass, which requires ski/ride-to access. 
Toyota U.S. Grand Prix Facts
  • The Toyota U.S. Grand Prix is the longest-running winter action sports tour and has been a major part of the Stifel U.S. Freeski Team and Hydro Flask U.S. Snowboard Team Olympic qualification series since 1998. It has launched Olympic medalists toward medals, including Chloe Kim, Jamie Anderson, Red Gerard, Shaun White, David Wise and Nick Goepper.
  • In the qualifications phase, the best one of two runs counts. 10 women and 14 men will go to the finals.
  • In the finals, the best one run of two runs counts.
