19-year-old World Cup competitor Charlie Mickel from Durango, Colorado, is a two time National Champion and was the 2023-24 NorAm Cup Overall Champion.
During the 2022-23 season, Mickel secured his career-best World Cup result, landing in ninth in a stacked field in Alpe d'Huez, France. Charlie grew up training and competing in mogul skiing with his three siblings, and this sport has been a lifelong passion of his since he was young. He now resides in Park City, Utah, where he attends the University of Utah, and is an avid whitewater kayaker and tennis player in his free time.
