  • US competitors must have a current U.S. Ski & Snowboard Alpine Master membership for the current season (NO short-term memberships).
  • Non-US competitors must purchase a U.S. Ski & Snowboard Short-Term Alpine Foreign Masters membership unless you hold a current US Masters membership.

  • US competitors must have a current U.S. Ski & Snowboard Alpine Master membership for the 2027 season (NO short-term memberships). Additionally, a FIS Masters License is required for racers 30 years and older.
  • Non-US competitors must have an active FIS license with their National Organization.

***If you have FIS Masters points, you MUST renew by TBD to be on the current points list! If you renew after that date, you will not have points for start list seeding and will be placed in the unseeded group at the end of your age class. Also, you must renew your FIS Masters License EVERY YEAR to maintain your points. Points will reset if your license is not active for a year.***

FLUOR WAX BAN

The full fluor wax ban is fully implemented and the testing will be carried out across all FIS event levels in order to ensure fluor-free competitions.

National Speed Series

The 2026 A Racer's Edge Masters National Speed Series (NSS) is packed with races across the country!  Some venues have extra speed training and extra races in addition to the designated NSS races so be sure to check the full event details when registering.

Age class medals are awarded at each event and overall season belt buckles at the final event. The overall Speed Series champions trophies are awarded to the overall fastest racer in each of three groups:

  • Group A/B (men age 18-64)
  • Group D (men age 65+)
  • Group C (all women)

Wy'East Cup
2026 Wy'East Cup cancelled due to low snow winter.  

Willycamp and other programs will still have training camps! See the masters training page for more info!

2027 Dates - TBD

All proceeds from the Wy’East Cup will benefit the non-profit organization, the Pacific Northwest Ski Education Foundation (PNWSEF) that is the fundraising arm for the Pacific Northwest Division. PNWSEF provides funding and supports athletes, coaches, officials and clubs across Northern Idaho, Washington, and Oregon.

The Wy’East Cup invites Masters racers to come to Mt. Hood and compete. There will be two races – one GS on Saturday and one SL on Sunday. 

The planned race venue is on the West Mile at Timberline.
