Snowboard Club Volunteer: AGE 18 and over // PRICE $65

The Snowboard Club Volunteer membership is designed for Board of Directors, parents and club volunteers who undertake a leadership role in U.S. Ski & Snowboard clubs, divisions, regions, competitions and club training sessions. This membership is a good stepping stone to becoming a U.S. Ski & Snowboard Coach or Official and is fully upgradeable during the season. Not eligible for official's certifications. Applicable for those in a position of authority over or in regular contact with athletes. Satisfies adult compliance requirements for corresponding USASA membership category.

SafeSport and Background Screening Requirements:

U.S. Ski & Snowboard Members who are turning 18 years of age during the season or older who are in regular contact with or in a position of authority over athletes are required to complete periodic background screening and annual SafeSport training prior to being issued a U.S. Ski & Snowboard membership. (Short term members are excluded)

Introduction to Avalanches Course Requirement:

  • The Introduction to Avalanches Course is completed through your online account

    • Members 17 years of age and older must have their own online account to gain access to the course

    • Linked members will not have access to this course

  • A link to the Introduction to Avalanches Course will be provided on the confirmation page and within your https://my.usskiandsnowboard.org account if completion is required.
