Lindsey Jacobellis Releases New Book “Unforgiving: Lessons from the Fall”
Hydro Flask U.S. Snowboard Cross Team legend and two-time Olympic champion Lindsey Jacobellis released her new book “Unforgiving: Lessons from the Fall” on Tuesday.
In an interview with the Today Show, Jacobellis says the title reflects “how the media treated me but more importantly how I treated myself” following a fall at the 2006 Olympics in Torino that cost her the gold medal.
The book details her personal journey of acceptance and growth to solidify her title of the most decorated snowboard cross athlete in history.

Lindsey Jacobellis from Stratton Mountain, Vermont, is known as the most decorated athlete in the history of snowboard cross. She competed in her first X Games at the young age of 15, and sense has made many incredible accomplishments. She has won two golds and a silver medal in the 2022 Olympics and has been involved in five separate Olympics since 2006.
