BIO
Alessandro Barbieri is an up and coming star on the Hydro Flask U.S. Snowboard Team's halfpipe squad. The Portland, Oregon native brings an infectious energy to the pipe and continues to up his level of riding each season. 'Alè' burst onto the international stage with a silver medal at the 2024 Winter Youth Olympic Games and backed it up with his first World Cup podium in 2025 at the Calgary Snow Rodeo.
Barbieri brings youthful energy, enthusiasm and versatility to the halfpipe and is one of the most exciting young athletes to watch heading into the 2025-26 season.

3 Things You Didn't Know About Alessandro Barbieri
- 1. He claps his hands three times and does a little ollie before dropping into the pipe. This gets him int he zone and it's also a good luck charm.
- 2. He started on snow as a skier when he was three years old, and switched to snowboarding when he was five. He still loves watching skiers do their thing!
- 3. He is a competitive kitesurfer. He is addicted to the freedom and adrenaline of big-air jumping.
