Sandra Sproch hails from Chicago, Illinois, where she grew up skiing for the Norge Ski Club.

Sproch represented the United States at the 2024 FIS Nordic Junior World Ski Championships. She placed 33rd overall in the individual HS102 event, along with placing ninth in the women’s team HS102 and fifth in the mixed tam HS102 events.
