The sun came back out for the final day of national championship racing at Sun Valley for the Toyota U.S. Alpine Championships presented by Stifel. Lila Lapanja and Madison Hoffman tied for the slalom win for the women and Luke Winters won the men's race. Winters and Lapanja took home the titles of slalom national champions, as Hoffman races for Australia.
U.S. Ski Team legend Bode Miller was inducted into the United States Olympic & Paralympic Hall of Fame as a part of the class of 2025 at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO. Miller is a six time Olympic medalist and five time World Championships medalist, and has 33 World Cup wins and two overall World Cup titles.
ASPEN, CO (Jan. 29) – In his 10th and announced final Winter X Games, Casey Puckett (Aspen, CO) finished fifth in men’s skicross. A five-time Olympian, two-time X Games champion and three-time medalist, Puckett said it was his last run prior to the final, won by Canada’s Chris Del Bosco.

Winningest alpine skier of all time Mikaela Shiffrin led the way for the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team in sixth place with Paula Moltzan in 11th.
