LAKE LOUISE, AB (Dec. 6) – Lindsey Vonn (Vail, CO) reclaimed her title as Queen of the Downhill at Lake Louise on Saturday, winning her 60th Audi FIS Ski World Cup and capping a first-ever U.S. Ski Team podium sweep. At the World Cup dubbed Lake Lindsey, she regained her crown as she pulled out the win by almost a half second. Early-running Stacey Cook (Mammoth Mountain, CA) took the lead and held it until Vonn bumped her into second. Julia Mancuso (Squaw Valley, CA) rounded out the podium in third. It was the best finish in two seasons for all three athletes.

LENZERHEIDE, Switzerland (March 16) – World Champion Ted Ligety (Park City, UT) punctuated the best season of his career with a sixth giant slalom win at the World Cup Finals on Saturday. He joined Ingemar Stenmark as the only other man to win six or more World Cup giant slalom races in a single season. He has stood on all eight giant slalom podiums this season, a feat not accomplished in the last 31 years.

SCHLADMING, Austria (Feb. 6) - Twelve years after American Daron Rahlves stole super G gold from the Austrians at the 2001 World Championships in St. Anton, the U.S. Ski Team's Ted Ligety (Park City, UT) has done the same. Ligety used his giant slalom skills to take command on the steep bottom section of the course at the FIS Alpine Ski World Championships to take a two tenths of a second win over France's Gautier De Tessieres. Heavily favored Aksel Lund Svindal of Norway took bronze. Universal Sports Network will carry same day coverage from Schladming at 11:00 a.m. EST today.

SOELDEN, Austria (Oct. 27) - Four-time Audi FIS Alpine World Cup giant slalom champion Ted Ligety (Park City, UT) pulled out an historic win at the Soelden World Cup GS, becoming the first man in history to win three World Cup GS races in a row at Soelden. Ligety beat out Frenchman Alexis Pinturault by 0.79 seconds to nab his 18th victory and open the Olympic season. Two-time overall champion Bode Miller (Franconia, NH) skied into the top-20 during his first World Cup race since Feb. 2012. Teammate Tim Jitloff (Reno, NV) finished 20th, right behind Miller.
