COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (June 24) – U.S. Ski Team women’s alpine speed Head Coach Chip White was honored Friday by the U.S. Olympic Committee as a finalist for its 2012 National Coach of the Year Award. White, who led all six of his athletes to the Audi FIS Alpine World Cup podium last winter, was the only coach of a winter sport to make the final round. Adam Krikorian was recognized for the award after leading his team to the women’s water polo gold medal at the 2012 Olympic Summer Games in London.
